1. We order the blank apparel from our suppliers, 8 nationwide warehouses. Often, multiple warehouses to fill the order. Still some minor supply delays.
2. Once we receive all the items in your order from our supplier. Then we customize with embroidery & screen printing,
3. SCHEDULE FOR EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION DEPT. once a week.
4. SCHEDULE FOR SCREEN PRINTING PRODUCTION DEPT. once every 2 weeks.
FYI, we ship both the screen printing and embroidery together in the same box. If there is screen printing, it could slightly delay the order.
