At MathApparel.com, our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, consistent quality, reliable selection, and strong value pricing for all Mathnasium centers. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand behind every order we ship.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake and your order arrives with:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect size, color, or product

We will either:

  • Replace the item(s) at no cost to you (including shipping), or
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Simply contact us and we will take care of it promptly.

Returns for Fit, Size & Wrong Color, ordered by buyer:

  • The item may be returned for a refund
  • A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order
  • The buyer is responsible to ship and cover return shipping costs
  • Once the item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • No exchanges are offered on returned items
    → A new order must be placed for replacement items

Coupon & Discount Policy on Returns

If more than two (2) items from a single order are returned for a refund:

  • Any coupon or promotional discount applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund amount

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition, not washed or worn
  • Refunds are processed after items are received and inspected
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
