Production Schedule & FYI
Once you place your order, here are the steps and schedules.
1. We order the blank apparel from our suppliers 8 nationwide warehouses. Often, multiple warehouses to fill the order. Still some minor supply delays.
2. Once we receive all the items in your order from our supplier, we then customize with embroidery & screen printing.
3. SCHEDULE FOR EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION. Once a week. Ordering embroidery separate will ship must faster, if you don't order screen printing in the same order.
4. SCHEDULE FOR SCREEN PRINTING PRODUCTION on Dept. Once every 10 days. (see explanation below)
Our goal is to get your apparel shipped as soon as possible. Please note, because we print on demand in batches and offer 3 screen printed designs in 2 colors, adult/youth sizes, for short & long sleeve t-shirts, & pullover hoodies. The screen printing production is very extensive and takes up to 10 days before shipping. The screen printing is done on both front and back. Ordering embroidery separate ships much faster in 1 week.
FYI, we ship both the screen printing and embroidery together in the same box. If there is screen printing, it could delay the entire order. We suggest ordering screen printing and embroidery separate.
