1. Ordering Blank Apparel

We source your blank apparel from eight nationwide warehouses. Some orders may require items from multiple locations, and occasionally minor supply delays can occur.

2. Customization Begins

Once all the items in your order arrive from our supplier, we begin customization. This includes embroidery and/or screen printing, depending on what you selected.

3. Embroidery Production Schedule

Embroidery production runs once a week. If you place an embroidery-only order, it will ship much faster, typically within 1 week.

4. Screen Printing Production Schedule

Screen printing production runs in batches approximately every 10 days. Please see the additional details below.

Why Screen Printing Takes Longer

We print on demand in batches and offer three screen-printed designs in two colors, across adult and youth sizes, and in multiple garment styles (short sleeve and long sleeve t-shirts, and pullover hoodies). Because each item is printed on both the front and back, screen printing production can take up to 10 days before shipping.

If your order includes both embroidery and screen printing, the entire order ships together in the same box. This means the screen printing portion can delay the embroidery portion. For faster delivery, we recommend placing embroidery and screen printing as separate orders.

Our upgraded website is now linked to our supplier’s inventory in real time. This allows us to offer over 300 top styles with embroidery, available in many branded colors.
